Best Drugstore Facial Cleanser

On a recent trip, I accidentally left my DHC soap at home and had to find a replacement quickly.  I ran into Walgreens and decided that Purpose probably had the cleanest feel to it.

My favorite cleanser now is Purpose Cleansing Wash.

It sells for less than $7.00.

According to Drugstore.com:

“Give your days a Purpose. Dermatologists recommend this Gentle Cleansing Wash because its soap-free, oil-free formula is gentle, nondrying, and nonirritating. It quickly and effectively whisks away traces of the day with a creamy lather. You simply massage onto wet skin, rinse off, and pat your face dry. And the pump dispenser is a nice convenience to keep in the shower or next to the sink.”

I like to mix this with my exfoliator and use the Clarisonic on it.  My face feels unbelievably clean after this.

Here are the ingredients:

Water, PEG 80 Sorbitan Laurate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG 150 Distearate, Sodium Lauroampho PG Acetate Phosphate, Fragrance, Quaternium 15, Tetrasodium EDTA.
